Most people sytart their search on Rightmove and the other property portals. This means that this can be quite a competitve place with buyers having to act fast on properties that they like and this can become quite stressful and where people end up jumping before they have really considered their perfect home. The other point here is that there are a number of properties in any area that may be available for sale but that are not being advertised on the property portals.

As part of the Keller Williams Network I can speak to local property agents all over the UK that I work with to see what properties may be coming to market that are not yet available.I also have cutting edge software and use AI to find properties that are likely to sold soon but which I can help a buyer tap into.

Property Portal Search & Off Market Analysis
There are many reasons why using this service can be of benefit and it helps to take the pressure off with the busy lives that we all live. By using this service the initial search of the properties available will be done for you and you will also get an idea of what other properties fit your criteria in your chosen area. You are then fully informed when deciding what to do next.
From a chat about what the requirements are for a property and the area of the search the service includes:
A check through Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market to see what properties are available.
Full list of the properties that fit the requirements and budget
An analysis of the full property market within the area showing how many properties fit requirements and are likely to fit the budget that are currently not on the market.
This service costs just £25.00 for the initial search and £15.00 fee per report thereafter.
Off Market Buyers Campaign
In any particular area there is an average of 2-3% of houses on the market and property portal. This means for every 100 houses, 3 may be on the market with 97 others not, but who may be considering selling soon or have just come off the market after a property move fell through for them. There are also people that do not want to publicly market that their property is for sale but would be interested in selling if contacted.
With this service a detailed report is made of the properties that are Off Market that may be in the client’s required budget using cutting edge technology.
Once a list of properties has been agreed, letters will be sent to these properties explaining that there could be an interested buyer and asking if they would be considering selling the property soon. This gives buyers an unrivalled opportunity to get to see a property that is not on the market and giving a potential advantage over other buyers.
The cost of this service is dependent on the number of properties being contacted in the Buying campaign. The client is charged at 80p per letter which is cheaper than just a Second Class stamp.
