Your Move Area Report
Want some help in deciding the right area for you? This service will give an overview of any area, town, postcode or even street within the UK, helping potential buyers look at where they may want to move to.
Once details have been taken of what sort of property the client would like and a rough idea of budget, this service will include:
Number of properties in chosen area and types (including owner occ/social details)
Average prices for square feet for the type of house the client is interested in
Details of the number of properties sold over the last two-three years
Details of all the properties that are on the market that fit the clients interest (including prices sold data)
A breakdown of the properties within the chosen area that are off market at the moment but could potentially
Other requested information about the potential area of interest
This service just £25.00 for a report and is ideal for anybody who is looking to move in the near future. Each further area report costs just £15.00 each. This service is available for any town, city, village, street or road in the UK.
Home Buyer Area Survey
With this service I will knock on the doors of an agreed number of properties around the home you are considering buying a property in. I will introduce myself as a Buying Agent carrying out a survey on how satisfied they are with the local area.
I will then have a set number of questions that I will endeavour to have answered which are based on what the homeowner thinks of the area.
The answers received from the questions will also help to paint an opinion of the area not from an Estate Agent selling a property, or a person selling their home, but from residents living locally giving you an unbiased opinion of the area you are looking to move to.
This service for towns and areas or broken down as small as the client requires with just a postcode sector or road/street.
This is an in-person service and is available in the Epping Forest area (Epping, Theydon Bois, North Weald, Loughton, Ongar, Chigwell), Harlow, Chelmsford and Romford postcodes (Harold Hill, Harold Wood, Collier Row, Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster etc.) postcodes and many of the RM and IG postcodes. I am happy to carry out a survey throughout most parts of North and East London along with parts of Hertfordshire with an extra charge for travelling.
The cost of this service depends on the size of the survey but will cost between £40-£90.00. The survey area and size will be agreed along with the price before any work is carried out.
