Keller Williams UK is one of the biggest regions outside of the US and has over 350 independent agents that are all linked together and operate as one when referring buyers and sellers between them. It is made up of a number of Market Centres of which Keller Williams Plus is the biggest and operates out of Chelmsford Essex. KW Plus has 75 agents within Essex along with other agents throughout the country.

How Does This Benefit You?
With traditional estate agents most branches are competing against each other to hit their own specific targets. This is not how the KW agents work. KW agents are all part of a global referral network. If an agents finds or knows of a property that may be looking to go on the market in a different area to where they are, it is in their interest to pass this work over. Not only does it help the network as a whole but it also means that if that property is sold then a referral fee is paid to them on completion. Seperate to this, many agents work as teams on a formal or informal basis.
