Refer Work To Me & Earn

As part of the Keller Williams network and in the property industry, a large of my work comes from referrals.

In the same way, along with being an estate agent and selling property directly, I refer work to the other agents in the network and other related businesses such as solicitors, architects, mortgage brokers, sourcers and others. The network or businesses then pay me a referral when any work is carried out and completed.

If a person refers someone to me that then earns me a referral fee, I am more than happy to split this fee with that person.

If you know of someone that may be looking to sell a property, maybe has land they would like help developing or getting planning on or are not sure of it’s worth, then referring them to me not only helps them get expert advice and help, but may earn you a fee if work is completed. It could also be a person that is looking for mortgage advice, needs a solicitor, is looking to finance a property deal or get professional help when developing a property or land.

I am also interested if you seen a property that does not look like it is being lived in or is rundown, commercial properties in disrepair or a company that is closing down and looking to sell a commercial building of any type.

With all the above examples, I work on ways of referring the person/work to the right professional who will take the project further. I will then talk with you and keep you fully updated until such time when work is carried out and completed.
