So Who Is This Tony Carter Chap?
So I am Tony, Tony Carter, a personal property agent for Epping, North Weald, Theydon Bois & the wider Epping Forest area. But not just that area. I am here to help you buy or sell a property petty much anywhere using the power of the Keller Williams network.
I have lived in Abridge all my life and grown up and worked and run businesses throughout the Epping Forest area with family ties to Theydon Bois and Epping. I have also worked with and for several local Councils within the Epping Forest District Council area. I have worked within finance, property and marketing for over 30 years. This has included working within Building Societies and as a Mortgage Broker, setting up a letting agency and as an Estate Agent for high street agencies. I have run a company carrying out both digital and traditional print marketing and recently gained extensive experience of the planning system within Local Council and working with a planning officer/consultant, giving me a wide knowledge base and experience to work from.
My business goal is to use the experience I have built up, along with the power of the KW network both locally and throughout the UK, to help local property owners to find the full potential of their property and then market this in a way that will mean that they benefit from a faster house sale process and gain the highest price available from that sale. I also intend to use the network to help people find their dream home or, to find a property that has the ‘potential’ to be their dream home.

I offer a slightly different way of marketing a property that makes it stand out from many of the other local properties that are on the market, by showing the potential in the property that will attract more interest and hopefully a faster sale at the best price possible.
